Israel calls on its citizens to leave Jordan, Egypt and not travel to Morocco
The Israeli National Security Council asked its Israeli citizens on Saturday to leave Jordan and Egypt immediately and to refrain from traveling to Morocco.
This comes due to the continuation of the war and a significant exacerbation of protests and demonstrations against Israel in various countries of the world, with a focus on the Arab countries in the Middle East, in addition to manifestations of hostility and violence against Israeli and Jewish symbols, Hebrew Channel reported.
In the meantime, the MLA raises the travel warnings for Egypt (including Sinai) and Jordan to level 4 (high threat) - a recommendation not to go to these countries and those staying in them to leave their territory as soon as possible. And the travel warning for Morocco to level 3 - a recommendation to avoid non-essential travel.
In addition, the MLA reiterates its call to Israelis to avoid staying in all the Middle East/Arab countries including: Turkey, Egypt (including Sinai), Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Morocco.
It is also recommended to avoid arriving in Muslim countries with travel warnings, such as Malaysia, Bangladesh, Indonesia and Muslim countries without a travel warning such as the Maldives.
