A firefighter suffered from shortness of breath while rescuing three children from fire, after they were trapped in their house in Madaba on Tuesday, according to the spokesperson.
He added that the firefighter sustained injuries while entering the apartment when he provided his own oxygen mask to one of the trapped children.
The injured firefighter also received quick medical attention and was described to be in a stable condition, he noted.
