Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, Ayman Safadi, on Tuesday met with Egyptian president, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.
Safadi conveyed His Majesty King Abdullah’s greetings and message on regional developments and ways to strengthen strategic relations, in addition to the efforts made to resolve regional crises and achieve peace, Security and stability, to President Sisi.
For his part, president Abdel Fattah al-Sisi sent his greetings to His Majesty King Abdullah.
During the meeting, they discussed mechanisms for developing bilateral relations, which are witnessing continuous growth, and emphasized the importance of strengthening economic relations and increasing trade exchange in a manner that amounts to the level of political relations and historical ties that unite the two brotherly countries and peoples.
They also discussed the Palestinian issue and efforts to activate the peace process in the context of continuous coordination between the two countries.
