Royal Decree appoints Mahadin as Constitutional Court chief
A Royal Decree was issued appointing Mohammad Madallah Mahadin as new President of the Constitutional Court, as of May 28, 2023, for the remaining period of the court's term.
Another Royal Decree was also issued accepting resignation of Hisham Al-Tal, President of the Constitutional Court, from his post, as of May 28, 2023.
In addition, a Royal Decree was issued naming Basil Mohammad Musleh Abu Anza as a member of the Constitutional Court, as of May 28, 2023.
