All main roads open with extreme caution - says PSD
The Public Security Directorate (PSD) called to take exercise utmost caution with depression, especially the of southern regions, leaving a sufficient safety distance between vehicles, using fog lights, driving at a speed slower than prescribed and to call the emergency phone 911 if the need arises and all external roads in the Kingdom are passable and there are no significant obstacles so far due to rain or snow in some areas.
