Jordan condemns attacks on Jerusalem Greek Orthodox Patriarchate's properties
The Foreign Ministry on Wednesday expressed condolences to the continuous attacks by settler groups on the property of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jerusalem.
The official spokesperson for the ministry, Ambassador Sinan Majali, affirmed the Kingdom's absolute rejection of all measures targeting the Christian presence in occupied East Jerusalem and changing the existing historical and legal status there, including Islamic and Christian properties and endowments, and the Kingdom's standing by the Jerusalemites and the Orthodox Church against the attacks of extremists and settlers.
