Parties officials on Sunday said that the Speech from the Throne, His Majesty King Abdullah II delivered today at the opening of the second ordinary session of the 19th Parliament highlighted national policies and the foundations of vital and important issues in the region, when it touched on development plans and local policies, and called for cooperation between all government agencies and authorities to achieve specific national objectives.
They told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the royal speech constitute a 'future map' for achieving political, economic and social visions and goals, and investing in the geopolitical position by enabling Arab and regional partnerships to achieve common interests and enhance national gains.
'His Majesty King Abdullah focused in his speech on the comprehensive modernization process with its political, economic and administrative paths, which in all its aspects constitute a major national project, around which all national goals must revolve and harness efforts and resources to achieve it, in addition to state institutions that must adopt a new concept of national achievement whose results are felt by citizens, emphasizing at the same time that he won't accept retreat or hesitation in implementing these goals,' the Parties officials said.
