Prince Faisal to participate in IWG 2022 in New Zealand
HRH Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, President of the President of the Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) and member of the Executive Office of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), is scheduled to take part in the 8th IWG World Conference on Women & Sport (IWG 2022),on behalf of IOC's President Thomas Bach.
During the conference, His Highness will deliver a speech on developments related to women's sport in recent years and their increased presence in sports bodies and decision-making positions, according to a JOC statement on Sunday.
The IWG 2022, which will be hosted in Auckland, New Zealand, from November 14 to 17, features more than 220 sessions and brings together some 500 participants to speak at the four- day conference, in presence of 1200 figures from 300 organizations representing more than 60 countries.
