Policy to develop university majors to meet needs of labor market
The Higher Education Council decided, in its session held last Thursday, headed by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Azmi Mahafzah, to start conducting a survey study on the majors currently available in public and private Jordanian universities and colleges.
The survey comes with the aim of drawing up a future policy for the development of new specializations that meet the needs of the labor market and ensure that these specializations are not repeated.
