Adaileh heads Jordan's delegation to preparatory discussions to convene Algeria Summit
The Kingdom's permanent representative to the Arab League, Amjad Adaileh, on Wednesday headed Jordan's delegation to the preparatory session held by Arab senior officials in Algeria, in preparation for talks scheduled to be launched by Arab foreign ministers, to convene forthcoming 31th Arab summit.
Adaileh, alongside with representatives of Arab countries, took part in the discussions to outline agenda on joint Arab action, and go over issues scheduled to be discussed by Arab officials, which precede high-level preparations aimed to hold Arab summit at the level of leaders on next November 1-2.
During the meeting, Adaileh affirmed Jordan's 'firm' positions, under His Majesty King Abdullah II's directives, to support all efforts made to serve march of Arab solidarity and strengthen endeavors to reach solutions to the current challenges and crises facing the Arab region, and achieve the Arab people's aspirations towards peace, security and prosperity.
Adaileh expressed Jordan's thanks to Algeria for hosting the current preparatory talks, hailing its appreciable efforts to organize the upcoming Arab summit.
He also lauded continuous coordination made by Arab League with Algeria and Arab delegates to ensure meetings are held smoothly, commending Tunisia's role and efforts, as the former president of the Arab Summit in its thirtieth session.
