The Public Security Directorate (PCD) announced the start of the traffic campaign for winter as a continuation of the 'Together we reach safe' campaign, which will enter into force in early November of 2022.
The campaign will work on two different parts, practical and educational, according to the General Director of Civil Defence Brig. Anwar Al Tarawneh
Brig. Al Tarawneh said that the practical campaign will show the measures taken by the PCD in terms of redeployment, distributing the salaries of the Traffic Department, external patrols, activating the points system and others.
As for the awareness part, Al Tarawneh stated that it will be done through following up the activities of the PCD in increasing the awareness of the citizen and communicating the real message of the Public Security regarding the issue of traffic through lectures, brochures and other campaigns on the social media sites of the Directorate.
