Amr Diab raises occupancy rate of Aqaba hotels to 99%
The head of the Jordan Hotels Association, Abdul Hakim Al-Hindi, revealed that occupancy rates for Aqaba hotels, next Friday, will rise to about 99%.
Al-Hindi said that the occupancy rate had reached unprecedented levels, approaching 99%.
This rise in hotel occupancy rates comes after the announcement of a concert by Arab artist Amr Diab in the governorate on Friday.
Al-Hindi added that the high occupancy rates include Aqaba hotels of various categories and tourist classifications.
Al-Hindi expected that Aqaba will witness economic activity next Friday that will be reflected in the entire governorate, with the arrival of those wishing to attend the ceremony, whether those who found reservations in hotels or those who were unable to find reservations in hotels.
