King departs for Egypt to participate in Arab consultative meeting
His Majesty King Abdullah on Monday departed for Egypt to participate in an Arab consultative meeting, held at the invitation of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The meeting, to be held in New El Alamein City on Egypt’s north coast, will include Bahrain King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al Kadhimi.
His Royal Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein was sworn in as Regent, in the presence of Cabinet members.
