Tawjihi exams 'went according to plan,' says ministry
The 2022 General Secondary Education Certificate Examination, also known as 'Tawjihi,' went according to plan, the Ministry of Education announced after the final session wrapped up earlier on Monday.
In a statement, Nawaf Ajarmeh, the Secretary-General for Educational Affairs, and Najwa Qabilat, the Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial Affairs, said the exams were comprehensive and have taken into account the individual differences among students, pointing to the ministry's organizational efforts, which included a proper environment and procedures.
More than 204,000 applicants took the exams, which began on June 30th, while more than 93,000 applicants sat for today's session.
