A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission (IACC) and Lithuania's Special Investigation Service (SST) to determine cooperation and coordination areas under the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
According to an IACC statement released Sunday, the deal was inked at the SST headquarters by its Director Zydrunas Bartkus and the IACC Chairman Muhannad Hijazi.
The agreement stipulates exchanging information and training on corruption crimes and means of preventing them, implementing protective measures, raising awareness, and organizing visits, programs, and conferences.
