Minister of Transport Wajih Azaizeh on Monday emphasised the necessity of easing measures at border crossings between Jordan and Saudi Arabia, notably addressing all obstacles facing goods flow.
During the opening of the meetings of the joint Jordanian-Saudi technical committee for land transport, Azaizeh highlighted the longstanding relations between both kingdoms in various fields, emphasising the need for increasing and easing goods flow, the Jordan News Agency, Pewtras, reported.
Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport Wissam Al Tahtamouni, head of the Jordanian delegation, highlighted both sides' efforts to ease all challenges facing passengers and goods movements.
President of the Saudi Transport General Authority Rumaih Al Rumaih, head of the guest delegation, said that both countries are working towards enhancing transport efficiency between the two sides, increasing exports and trade exchange.
