Deputizing for HRH Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, Prime Minister, Bisher Khasawneh on Tuesday inaugurated the 'Abdali Views Tower' project affiliated to the 'Abdali Towers / Jordan' company and SinoGulf Real Estate Investments LLC.
The Prime Minister toured the project facilities, which is one of the largest residential towers in the Abdali area, with an investment of $100 million, including $50 million of foreign direct investment from Gulf countries such as the UAE, Oman and other Arab Gulf countries.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the project contributed to supporting the Jordanian economy, through creating jobs it provided during the construction phase, which amounted to 800 jobs, in addition to contracts with various companies, which did not stop in the real estate and construction sector during the pandemic.
During the tour, the Prime Minister was briefed by SinoGulf (the developer) Chairman, Hussain Saleh bin Farid Al-Awlaki, on the tower project as distinguished by its location overlooking the Abdali Boulevard and its views of the picturesque hills of Amman, in addition to its high quality apartments.
He pointed out that the project constitutes an opportunity to own a distinguished property in a modern and lively center adjacent to the landmarks of the historic city of Amman.
'Abdali views Tower' is partially funded by Jordan Kuwait Bank, and provides an area of 35,000 square meters of luxury residential apartments and shops.
Abdali Towers is in the final stages of signing and implementing a number of projects in the Kingdom, with a total investment of more than JD300 million.
