The plan will include defining the mechanism of investigation, issuing instructions to activate it and reporting any suspicious cases at border crossings and in all medical sectors in the Kingdom.
The emergency meeting, held at the Health Ministry, was chaired by the ministry Secretary-General for Primary Health Care and Epidemiology, Raed Shboul, and attended by Adel Bilbeisi, Prime Ministry adviser for epidemiological affairs and the official in charge of the COVID-19 crisis, Director of the Epidemiology Department, Riyad Shiyyab, and Director of Communicable Diseases at the ministry, Mohammad Al-Hawarat.
