A Jordanian delegation Tuesday headed to Dubai to participate in the 'Middle East and North Africa Climate Week 2022 (MENACW22)' meetings aimed at pooling regional efforts to tackle climate change.
Environment Minister Muawieh Radaideh, who headed the delegation, said in the meetings that Jordan is committed to the international efforts to tackle climate change, adding that Jordan is exerting unremitted efforts to implement the international agreements signed to that end, not the least of which is the Paris agreement.
The MENACW22 seeks to shed light on the necessity of taking action to address climate change. It promotes cooperation between stakeholders to encounter the crisis.
