PM casts ballot in the municipal and governorate elections
Prime minister, Bisher Khasawneh on Tuesday cast ballot in municipal and governorate elections in Zahran area in Amman.
The prime minister said that today’s election is the first one to be carried out after Modernizing Jordan’s Political System as well as the election and party law.
Khasawneh added that the election goes smoothly without any problems until now.
He added that during the election, the government supports the Independent Election Commission.
The prime minister calls on Jordanians to participate in the elections to choose their representatives in Greater Amman Municipality Council and the governorate council.
