Cold weather conditions are forecast, on Friday, in most parts of the Kingdom, while pleasant conditions prevail in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the port city of Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

Winds will be northwesterly moderate, picking up at times, with chance for light showers in the northern parts, the JMD added.

Temperatures in the capital Amman will reach a high of 12 degrees Celsius and a low of 3 degrees at night.

Highs in the port city of Aqaba will hike up to 22 degrees, sliding to 11 at night.
