The Higher Committee of Public-Private Partnership is set to floated two tenders, one for a project to develop and build 15 schools for the Ministry of Education, according to the new school building codes, while the other for the construction of new buildings and cargo and passenger yards for the new land border crossing of the King Hussein Bridge, which are included in the government’s 2021-2023 economic work priorities program.
The committee will announce tenders documents before the end of this year.
The announcement was made in a meeting held Wednesday at the Prime Ministry and chaired by Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nasser Shraideh, in the presence of all committee members, to discuss projects that will be implemented by the PPP Projects Unit during the coming period.
