Prince Raad conveys King's greetings to Jordanian participants in Tokyo 2020 Paralympics
HRH Prince Raad Bin Zeid on Saturday conveyed His Majesty King Abdullah’s greetings to the Jordanian delegation participating in the 16 Paralympics Games (Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games).
In press remarks during the reception of the Jordanian team, the prince expressed His Majesty’s pride in the achievements of the Jordanian athletes, noting that the members of the Jordanian team deserve all support and assistance, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Prince Raad also expressed appreciation for the Jordan Olympic Committee’s efforts, notably HRH Prince Feisal, as well as lauded the role of the Higher Council for the Affairs of People with Disabilities, mainly its president HH Prince Mired. Since 1984, Jordan has won a total of 17 medals at the Paralympics (five gold, six silver and six bronze).
