Does this mean that I think AI-generated content is the future? Not really: artificial intelligence is still lightyears away from being able to produce content that feels authentically human. But I think we can still glean many lessons from AI, big data, and automation when it comes to how we manage and develop content. In particular, I think that these kinds of tools can help make big-agency insights more accessible to smaller businesses and start-ups.
