The second phase of the vaccination campaign for Syrian refugees concluded on Sunday in Mrajeeb Al Fhood refugee camp, located some 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of Azraq district.
The campaign, which began last month, aimed to provide 12,000 vaccine jabs to Syrian refugees, under an an Emirati initiative, in support of the Ministry of Health's efforts to provide vaccines to all citizens and residents in the Kingdom.
A number of the camp's Syrian refugees, who received the dose, expressed their gratitude the Ministry of Health for facilitating administering the vaccine in their residences.
