Youth Minister holds talks with Canadian, Dutch officials
Minister of Youth Mohammad Nabulsi has held two separate meetings with the Canadian Ambassador to Jordan, Donica Pottie, and the Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of the Netherlands, Marc Hasselaar, for talks on bolstering ties with the two countries in the field of youth development programs.
A statement by the ministry on Wednesday said that the minister delivered a briefing on the National Youth Strategy (2019-2025), and how the ministry managed its programs remotely in light of the epidemiological situation.
Nabulsi also tackled the youth programs recently developed with partners, expressing the ministry's constant keenness to support and provide all possible means to empower youth in the political, cultural, social and innovative fields.
The Canadian envoy affirmed the depth of the historical relations between Jordan and Canada, indicating her aspiration to establish joint programs that support youth in all fields and exchange their experiences.
The Dutch official valued the distinguished Jordanian experience in the support and empowerment of young men and women on political, cultural and social levels.
