Amman condemns Houthi targeting of Abha International Airport
AMMONNEWS - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned Tuesday an attack carried out by the Houthi armed militias against the Abha International Airport in southern Saudi Arabia, Spokesman for the Ministry Ambassador Daifallah Fayez said.
The Houthi militias had launched a bomb-laden unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to target the airport. Coalition forces have managed to intercept the drone.
Fayez reiterated the Kingdom's strong condemnation of the 'terrorist attack,' stressing Jordan's unwavering support to Saudi Arabia and solidarity with its people in the face of threats to its stability and security.
