AMMONNEWS - Normal summer weather conditions is forecast on Thursday with near-average temperatures dominating most areas from the northern highs into the plains and much of the eastern parts of the country, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily brief.
Clouds will appear at low altitudes in the early morning hours, with moderate winds flowing from the northwest, the JMD added.
In Amman and other highlands, daytime mercury levels will range between 32 and 29 degrees. In the late afternoon, temperatures will slide to around 22 and even 18. Highs in the port city of Aqaba will reach 41 degrees, while lows will stand at 27 at night, the department added.
On Friday, a slight rise in temperatures is expected to bring relatively hot weather across the Kingdom, but it will get back to average on Saturday with low-altitude clouds and northwesterly brisk winds.
