24 new Covid-19 cases recorded in Jordan five at borders
AMMONNEWS - Minister of Health, Dr. Saad Jaber, announced that 24 new Covid-19 cases were recorded in the Kingdom on Friday, taking the caseload to 508.
The cases recorded today were the result of contacting an infected truck driver in Mafraq Governorate, the majority are his relatives, he pointed out.
Speaking at a press briefing at the National Center for Security and Crisis Management (NCSCM), Jaber also announced 4 Covid-19 patients have recovered, and 84 others are still hospitalized.
5000 Covid-19 tests were conducted today nationwide, bringing the cumulative number of laboratory samples collected since the outbreak the pandemic to 106,314 according to the minister.
