AMMONNEWS - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates announced Monday that a Jordanian citizen has died in the United Arab Emirates after being infected with the novel coronavirus.
Ministry spokesperson Daifallah Fayez said that the deceased was admitted to the hospital 10 days ago after contracting the virus, adding that the Jordanian consulate has been following on his condition, which lately deteriorated leading to his death. He expressed his condolences to his family.
