AMMONNEWS - The epidemiological investigation teams in Karak Governorate have continued on Thursday collecting samples from various regions and public and private sectors to ensure that they are free of the novel coronavirus infection.
In a statement, the governorate's health director, Dr. Ayman Tarawneh, said 62 random samples were collected today from various sectors, using nasal swabs that need to be sent to Amman for Covid-19 testing.
There are 15 professional teams in the southern governorate, who had collected about 900 random samples during the past days, he pointed out.
