AMMONNEWS - A tangible in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, bringing relatively cold and partly cloudy weather conditions nationwide with low-altitude clouds and a chance for intermittent rain in the northern and central regions, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
The Department expected fog to be formed over highlands in the late night hours, while winds will be westerly light to moderate.
Mercury levels will rise again few degrees over the next two days, with pleasant weather prevailing in most parts of the Kingdom, except for the Dead Sea, the Jordan Valley and Aqaba where it will be warm, the JMD said.
Daytime temperatures expected for today will reach a high of 17 degrees Celsius in Amman, 11 degrees in the northern cities and 12 in the southern regions, dropping down at night to 8, 5 and 4 respectively. The weather is forecast to be warmer in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 24 and lows standing at 14, the JMD added.
