Aqaba Health authorities say no coronavirus cases detected
AMMONNEWS - The Aqaba Health Department said Saturday that no coronavirus infections were recorded at the prince Hashem Military Hospital in the southern city.
Hospital director Dr. Ibrahim Mayea said in a statement that clinical tests of a patient who was admitted to the hospital showed that he was not infected, did not carry the symptoms of the novel coronavirus and had no history of contact with any infected person.
He called on the public and social media users not to disseminate inaccurate information about the disease and only rely on official sources to ward off rumours.
