AMMONNEWS - The cabinet, during a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Omar Razzaz, on Tuesday approved a law amending the teachers' ranks law at the Education Ministry for the year 2020.
The law, which is in line with the new Civil Service legislation, aims to improve the living conditions of teachers and enhance their career and performance.
The cabinet also approved a draft law amending the scholarship law of the sons of Education Ministry teachers who are admitted at public Jordanian universities for the year 2020.
It reduces the actual years of service of teachers from ten to five years in order to benefit from the scholarship system.
