The ministers said that relations between the two 'brotherly countries' are steadily moving into broader scopes of cooperation under the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah and Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
They stressed that relations 'are immune to all attempts to sow discord, and will not be affected by the actions of a few that try to harm them.'
Safadi said that 'any abuse of Kuwait is an abuse of Jordan', and told his Kuwaiti counterpart that the Kingdom had taken legal measures against 'the abusive few' during the football match between the two countries on Friday. He said Jordan as leadership, government and people condemned such acts.
