Gov't says open to dialogue with teachers syndicate
AMMONNEWS - The Government on Tuesday emphasized that it remained committed to dialogue with the Jordanian Teachers Syndicate as the only means to resolve the current teachers' strike in a manner that serves both the students and teachers.
In a statement, the Government said a ministerial team is ready to meet with the syndicate representatives at the Ministry of Education to resume the dialogue over the teachers' demands.
The statement emphasized that the 'doors will always remain open to unconditional dialogue to serve the best interests of the students and upgrade the teachers' performance and improve their living conditions.'
