AMMONNEWS - A slight in temperatures is expected on Sunday, becoming below their annual average, as moderate weather conditions prevail in the hilly areas and plains, while it will be relatively hot in the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily brief.
Clouds at low altitudes are also expected with a slight chance for light showers in the northern parts of the Kingdom, while winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk at times, the JMD added.

Mercury levels will rise few degrees on Tuesday, but it will remain moderate in the hilly areas and the plains, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba with northwesterly moderate winds, the department noted.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in the capital and the northern cities will reach 28 degrees Celsius, dropping down at night to 18 and 19 degrees respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs jumping to 38 degrees and lows sliding to 27, the JMD said.
