Foreign ministry follows up on death of Jordanian in Istanbul
AMMONNEWS - The Foreign Ministry is following up on the death a Jordanian during a tour in the Turkish city of Istanbul, director of the Foreign Ministry’s operations center, Sufian Qudah, said on Sunday.
Qudah added that the ministry through the center and the Kingdom’s embassy in Ankara in cooperation with the relevant authorities, are following up on the investegations.
The primary reports that the deceased has suffered a heart attack, and that the ministry has started procedures of transferring the body to Jordan at the request of his family.
Qudah expressed his deepest sympathies and condolences to the deceased's family.
