AMMONNEWS - Normal summer conditions are expected to prevail on Monday in the hilly areas and plains, while it will be hot in other pars of the country, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Clouds will appear at low altitudes, while winds will be northwesterly moderate picking up at times in the desert areas, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman and the northern cities will hover around 33 degrees Celsius, and 30 in the southern cities, dropping down to 22, 20 and13 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 41 degrees Celsius and lows standing at 28 degrees at night, the JMD noted.
Similar weather conditions will continue over the next two days with low clouds and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD department said.
