The King has also ordered to provide the mosque with all it needs including furniture, equipment and carpets.

His Majesty directed competent authorities to adopt a public safety plan that includes installing fire alarm systems as well as continued maintenance to historical mosques in the Kingdom.

Also known as the 'Grand Husseini Mosque', Al-Husseini Mosque is one of the oldest Muslim shrines located in downtown Amman that was built in 1924.
