AMMONNEWS - Temperatures are forecast to rise few degrees on Monday, bringing moderate conditions across many parts of the country and relatively hot weather in the Jordan Valley an the Dead Sea, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said .
Temperatures expected for today in Amman and the northern cities will range between a high of 30 degrees Celsius and a low of 30 and in the southern parts they will range between 27 and 18. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs jumping to 39 degrees Celsius sliding to 25 at night, the JMD said further.
Another slight riser in mercury levels will occur Tuesday, but moderate conditions will continue in the hilly areas and the plains , but it will be hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea. Winds will be northwesterly moderate , the JMD added.
Temperatures will soar on Wednesday, becoming 5-6 degrees above annual average and creating hot weather in the high lands and the plains and very hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and the port city of Aqaba.
