PM orders IPA fiscal surpluses' transfer to Treasury
AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister, Omar Razzaz, ordered that all fiscal surpluses of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), which amount to JD68,000, be transferred to the Treasury.
Head of the committee entrusted with examining the Audit Bureau’s annual report, Sami Dawood, said that the Premier had directed the panel to also collect the IPA's receivables, which stood at JD160,000.
The committee has received the response of the Minister of Institutional Performance Development on the IPA's fiscal surpluses and receivables.
In its third meeting on Monday, the committee sorted all cases and violations in the 2017 audit report, according to each ministry or institution, recommending their referral to the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission.
Dawood pointed out that the cases will be passed on to the concerned Ministers, who will report to the Prime Minister along with the proposals to address all the violations.
