Autumnal conditions continue to prevail for three days
AMMONNEWS - Moderate autumnal conditions are expected to prevail across many parts of the country, while it will remain relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead sea with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD), similar weather conditions are forecast to continue on Wednesday across the Kingdom, but with a chance for scattered local showers mainly in the southern region.
A slight rise in mercury levels is expected on Thursday, but similar weather conditions will continue in most areas, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman and the northern cities will hover around 26 degrees Celsius dropping down to 16 at night. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 33 degrees and lows standing at 22, the JMD said further.
