AMMONNEWS - Temperatures for today and tomorrow are expected to become below seasonal average, bringing moderate autumn conditions in most parts of the Kingdom, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief said.
Clouds at different altitudes are also forecast with a chance for scattered showers accompanied by thunder, especially in the eastern part of the country with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman will reach 26 degrees Celsius, and in the northern and southern cities 25 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 16, 14 and 15 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 34 degrees Celsius and lows standing at 23 degrees at night.
