AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Thursday launched the customer satisfaction index at the Department of Land and Survey (DLS).
The DLS has been chosen as the first government department to launch the service through mobile phone applications that would enable citizens to express their views about the level of services provided to them.
Razzaz said the government was committed to improving the level of services offered to citizens at all ministries and government departments, noting that it gives this issue a top priority as part of its keenness to serve all citizens.
The service, he added, will enable the DLS to examine and assess feedback from citizens, work to improve the service and address hurdles facing citizens at government departments.
The prime minister, who was accompanied by the ministers of public sector development, finance, communications and information technology, was briefed by the Director General of the DLS, Mueen al Sayegh, on the importance of the system launched by the department in cooperation with the ministries of public sector development and the communications and information technology.
