AMMONNEWS - The Kingdom’s Grand Mufti, Mohammad Khalaileh, Sunday called on the public to look for the crescent moon (Hilal) of Shawwal, which marks the end of Ramadan at sunset on Thursday, June 14.
Khalaileh said that the Iftaa’ offices across the country will open their doors on this day to receive those who wish to testify the sighting .
The crescent (Hilal) marks the end of the fasting month of Ramadan and the first day of the Muslim feast Eid Al Fitr.
