Relatively hot conditions expected over next two days
AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is expected on Saturday becoming 6-7 degrees above their seasonal average. Therefore, it will be relatively hot in Amman, hilly areas, Badia and eastern plains and very hot in in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, according to Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Temperatures will slightly on Sunday, but it will remain relatively hot in the hilly areas and the Badia and very hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba with high clouds and south westerly moderate winds blowing dust at times.
A further in temperatures is expected on Monday with warm conditions in hilly areas, relatively hot in Amman and the Badia and hot in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba with westerly moderate to brisk winds.
Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 36 degrees Celsius and a low of 23, while mercury levels in Aqaba will register a high of 46 degrees dropping to 34 degrees at night.
