AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Saturday becoming 6-7 degrees above their seasonal average and bringing warm conditions across the country with high clouds and southwesterly light winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman and the northern cites will range between a high of 23 degrees Celsius dropping a low of 13 degrees at night, while much warmer conditions will prevail in the port city Aqaba with highs jumping to 31 degrees Celsius and lows standing at 18 degrees, the Department noted.
Temperatures will keep soaring over the next two days, reaching 8-9 degrees above their annual average. Therefore, warm conditions will prevail in various parts of the Kingdom with southwesterly moderate to brisk winds and blowing dust in the southern and eastern areas, the JMD added.
