AMMONNEWS - The Tourism Promotion Authority (TPA) participated in the activities of the International Tourism Exchange 2018 'BIT' held in the Italian city of Milan.
The TPA's Director General, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Arabiyat, said in a press statement Tuesday the activities of the tourist fair in Milan, Italy, has seen a noticeable turnout on the Jordanian pavilion taking part in the three-day event.
The Italian market, he added, is 'a promising destination of tourism,' and the Authority kicked off a comprehensive promotional campaign and an attraction plan for the Kingdom in conjunction with this key occasion.
Arabiyat explained the launch of low-cost aircraft in Jordan will contribute positively to attract tourists, after the tourism market witnessed an unprecedented movement recently, noting the Milan exhibition is one of the most important tourist gatherings in the world.
