AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is forecast on Friday, but it will remain relatively cold in the highlands and Badia while warmer weather is expected to prevail in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), mercury levels will remain at lower level than average, bringing cold conditions to much parts of the Kingdom.
As for Saturday, the JMD said temperatures will rise a little bit, but relatively cold conditions will prevail in the mountainous and Badia regions, while pleasant weather is forecast for the Jordan Valley and the port city Aqaba.
Mercury levels expected in Amman for the next three days will range between a high 13 degrees Celsius, dropping to 6 degrees at night. In the northern region, daytime temperatures will register 12 degrees Celsius, sliding to 5 degrees at night.
